Campaign Against Illegal Residential Societies in Rawalpindi in Full Force

Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) has intensified its crackdown on illegal housing schemes in the area, in order to speed up the ongoing operation. As part of this operation, action has been taken against three illegal housing schemes, namely Islamabad Marina City in Mouza Garbal, Pakistan Employees Cooperative Housing Society in Mouza Mohri Khatran and Garbal, and Seven Enclave Housing Society in Mauza Garbal Fateh Jang Road.

The RDA has demolished the site offices of these illegal housing schemes during the operation. The enforcement squad has been taking strict action against these schemes, with notices being issued to the owners. In the past, the booking offices, billboards, and main gates of Cighu Farmhouse Housing Scheme in Mouza Chak Cighu, Royal Ghar Housing Scheme in Mouza Pariyal, Chak Beli Khan Road, and New Iqra City/Iqra Residencia in Mouza Chakri, Jorian Rawat Road were also demolished.

According to an RDA spokesperson, the authority is taking strict action against those who violate the rules to ensure the protection of citizens' interests. The RDA is committed to ensuring the development of legal and approved housing schemes in the area, and those who do not follow the regulations will face the consequences.

Through these ongoing efforts, the RDA is working towards creating a safe and secure living environment for the citizens of Rawalpindi. The authority aims to ensure that all housing schemes in the area follow the rules and regulations, and those that do not comply will be dealt with strictly.

The RDA's efforts against illegal housing schemes are a positive step towards maintaining law and order in the area. The citizens of Rawalpindi have the right to live in a safe and secure environment, and it is the responsibility of the authorities to ensure that illegal and unauthorized housing schemes are not allowed to operate in the area. The RDA's actions will not only deter violators from breaking the law but will also send a strong message to others who may be considering such activities. It is hoped that these efforts will lead to a significant reduction in the number of illegal housing schemes in Rawalpindi and contribute to the development of the area.
